What this is:

The Restorative Leaders Circle is a facilitated community of practice for senior-level executives. It blends practical leadership tools with trauma-informed, resilience-building approaches so you can show up grounded for the people who count on you.

No pre-work. No homework. Just one intentional hour each month designed to restore more energy and clarity than it takes.

What you will experience:

Each month centers on a live, theme-driven session.

Examples include:

  • Moral distress and leadership
  • Leading through dualities such as compassion and accountability, driving results and managing energy
  • Building cultures of trust and healing for your team and for yourself
  • Holding difficult conversations with clarity and care
  • Navigating uncertainty with presence and steadiness

You’ll leave each session with immediately usable tools, suggested micro-practices, and language you can take back to your organization the same day.

Guest experts and co-facilitators:

At selected points in the series, subject matter experts join as guest co-facilitators to deepen specific themes. Areas may include conflict mediation, neuroscience of stress and performance, ethics under pressure and moral injury, inclusive leadership and belonging, and organizational change. Guests focus on practical tools and real-world application. Any materials they share are added to the member platform.

  • Time: Around 12:00 p.m. Pacific; final calendar invites are sent upon enrollment
  • Group size: 8–12 leaders per cohort, intentionally composed for fit and diversity of experience
  • Entry: New entry windows every six months, or when the waitlist reaches eight we open a new cohort
  • Confidentiality: Closed enrollment for the full six-month cycle
