Jeana Kats

Professional Biography

Jeana (she/her) is a leadership consultant and coach with 25 years of experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, and change management. Her most recent in-house role was Global Director for Management Development and Diverse Talent at Intel Corporation. In 2021, Jeana founded Third Truth Coaching and, in 2024, expanded her offerings by acquiring The Howells Group.

Known for helping clients increase awareness, Jeana specializes in communication, executive presence, emotional intelligence, change management, and DEIB. Her approach is marked by authenticity, deep listening, and a blend of backbone and heart.

Personal Biography

Jeana is passionate about giving back to her community. She mentors women undergoing cancer treatment, coaches long-distance running at a local elementary school, and guides junior coaches in their professional growth.

Living in Portland, Oregon, Jeana takes full advantage of the culinary scene and enjoys running in Forest Park whenever possible. Outside of work, she delights in being a mom to her two sons, finding joy in the little moments of family life. Whether supporting others in their personal or professional growth, Jeana is driven by her belief in inclusion, empowerment, and connection.
