Getting Started

We begin with a discovery conversation: understand context, aims, constraints, success signals, and stakeholders. You receive a concise approach outline with scope, phases, team composition, and fixed (or not to exceed) pricing. From there we cocreate a detailed work plan and launch quickly to capture early momentum.

Strategy, Purpose & Direction

Organizations need clarity of purpose and a living strategy before they can achieve meaningful results. Markets, policy landscapes, and stakeholder expectations shift quickly; static plans expire. We help you frame (or refresh) purpose, mission, values, positioning, and strategic themes in language people actually use. Then we translate that into a onepage strategic architecture that can be cascaded through teams, guiding daily prioritization and resource tradeoffs.

Organizational Design
Structure should serve strategy and enable people to do their best work. We examine how work really flows (formal charts, informal networks, decision bottlenecks, handoffs, role clarity) and then codesign adjustments: role definitions, spans and layers, decision rights, governance forums, teaming models, and collaboration norms. The outcome is a more adaptive, equitable, and accountable operating model that reduces friction and accelerates decision quality.
Change & Transformation

Transformational change is not a linear checklist. We integrate proven methods (Prosci peopleside change practices, systems thinking for leverage points, appreciative inquiry to amplify strengths, liberating structures to broaden voice) into a practical roadmap. We help you:

Typical Engagement Shapes

While every engagement is tailored, common shapes include:
