Science of Hope
What is a Science of Hope?
The science of hope is a set of practices rooted in research that create the capability for people to succeed. Where resilience is the ability to bounce back – as strong or stronger – in the face of adversity, hope is the ability to create a future with less adversity. And that is powerful. For individuals and organizations facing rapid changes and obstacles, the science of hope will help you succeed.
