Brad spent 24 years at Intel, growing through a range of technical and business roles. His leadership experience covers software development, program management, business operations, and leading global teams delivering critical software products. He worked across all stages of the management lifecycle, from launching new divisions to consolidating organizations. His journey from software engineer to executive gave him firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face.

Today, Brad combines his technical background with leadership coaching and consulting, helping leaders and organizations grow, improve processes, and expand their impact. He holds multiple coaching certifications and is an ICF PCC-certified Coach.
