Keynotes, Talks & Summit Facilitation

Inspiration is only valuable if it converts quickly into aligned action. Clarity’s speaking and facilitation offerings sit at the intersection of insight and execution. We design and deliver high impact sessions that move audiences to think differently, decide faster, and leave with practical tools they can apply the same day.

We are practitioner speakers: everything we share is grounded in real transformation, organizational design, change leadership, and culture work—not abstract theory. Each engagement is built through a short discovery process so content, tone, and examples resonate with your context and strategic priorities.

Signature Keynote Themes

Below are examples. We tailor titles and emphasis to match your event narrative.

1. Healing The Three Divides – Leading in a Time of Deep Division:

We’re living in a time of deep division – divided from each other, from our natural world and even in our selves. Transformative leadership today calls for healing these divides. In this session, Kelly uses data and stories from her work with leaders to describe why leading today is so difficult. You will understand more clearly what is changing and why, and then what you can do to lead in new ways. This session includes the six practices of a transformational leadership today. You will leave with a clear understanding of how you can shift your own leadership practices to be the leader your team and organization needs right now.

2. Drowning not Waiving – Understanding & Responding to Workplace Burnout:

The World Health Organization has classified burnout as an occupational phenomenon. Indicators show that more than half of workers in the United States report symptoms associated with burnout. Even more report feelings of stress and overwhelm that are precursors to burnout. Stress and burnout decrease productivity, make it harder to feel compassion with others and lead to serious health impacts. This keynote with our founder, Kelly Johnston, will equip you to understand the differences between stress, overwhelm and burnout. Kelly delivers a heavy topic a supportive way, so you leave feeling refreshed and inspired. You will be able to identify the opportunities for change and specific actions that can relieve your stress. We’ll also explore the larger environmental dynamics and how leaders can and must respond to this emerging workplace crisis.
