Hope and Culture Lab

An ongoing facilitated learning and application space for mid-level leaders, people managers, and internal culture champions (practitioner level—non executive). Distinct from the executive Healing Leaders Collaboration, the Lab centers on practical peer exchange and guided experimentation. Open to a wide range of professionals, the Lab is designed to cast a much broader net than the Restorative Leaders Circle.

At a glance:

  • Monthly 60-minute collaborative session, typically over a noon hour
  • Virtual on Zoom with interactive breakout discussions
  • Commitment: Choose a 3- or 6-month enrollment (with automated renewal)
  • Open to a broad range of practitioners across sectors
- Investment: $40 per person, per session or $200 per person for a 6-month commitment
  • First session on March 20th, 2026
  • Monthly sessions are held on Fridays at 11AM
  • Tentative schedule is: 3/20, 4/17, 5/15, 6/19, 7/17, 8/21
  • Enrollment cap is flexible; additional sessions may be added if needed

What this is:

The Hope & Culture Lab is Clarity’s peer-based collaborative for practitioners exploring how to apply Hope Theory to organizational culture. It provides an accessible, interactive, and practical space for leaders and managers to experiment with hope-based strategies, share peer insights, and embed practices that build belonging, resilience, and trust.

What you will Experience:

  • Monthly facilitated learning sessions led by Jon and Kelly (not always both)
  • A balance of teaching, peer sharing, and structured breakouts
  • Practical tools, micro-habits, and experiments to test in your workplace
  • Optional asynchronous prompts and resources via MyQuest or similar platform
  • Community connection and accountability through ongoing peer exchang

  • Evidence over slogans: anchored in research on hope theory, motivation, and change adoption

  • Micro experimentation: low-cost trials over sweeping, performative campaigns

  • Sustainability: embedding routines managers can carry without consultant dependence

Optional Pathway:

Participants may accumulate applied practice artifacts toward a future Hope Practitioner acknowledgment or certification pathway, currently under exploration.

  • Time: Lunchtime friendly, noon Pacific unless otherwise noted
  • Introductory sessions: Oct 10 (12:00 PM), Nov 7 (8:30 AM), Dec 5 (10:30 AM)
  • Cost: $75/month; $25 per introductory session
  • Enrollment: 3- or 6-month subscriptions preferred; flexible enrollment options
  • Platform: Secure access via Zoom, with optional MyQuest community platform
