Annie Severson

Professional Biography

Annie Severson is an Organization Development and Change Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She supports organizations in building capacity by developing leaders, teams, and employees in the areas of strategic planning, transformational leadership, and organizational change. Known for her energy, enthusiasm, and human-centered approach, Annie is a trusted partner during times of growth and transition.

She holds a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Prosci® Change Management.

Personal Biography

Outside of her professional life, Annie finds joy in a variety of creative and outdoor pursuits. She enjoys hiking and kayaking in the Pacific Northwest, playing piano, writing songs, and supporting local arts and theater. Annie is also an avid traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. At home, she recharges through cooking, reading, and knitting, often in the company of close friends and family. Her favorite place to reset is Cannon Beach, Oregon, where the ocean views and coastal air bring peace and inspiration. Whether she’s out on a trail or relaxing with a good book, Annie values creativity, connection, and a well-balanced life.
