Tracy Gibson, EdD, is a dynamic coach known for her blend of creativity, practicality, and deep expertise in adult learning. With over 20 years of experience, Tracy has empowered individuals and organizations—from C-suite executives to front-line employees—to overcome complex challenges and achieve breakthrough success. She is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds an M.Ed. in Workplace Training and Leadership and an Ed.D. in Organizational Development from the University of Arkansas.
