Rodney Robinson is an equity-driven leader, strategist, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience advancing social justice and systems transformation in Washington State. As the founder of Outside Perspective, LLC, Rodney works with public agencies, nonprofits, and private organizations to lead equity-focused training and strategic planning, centering lived experience and driving real change.

Rodney has held leadership roles at A Way Home Washington and led the Campaign to End Youth Homelessness in Pierce County, bringing together diverse stakeholders to co-design impactful solutions. His work is rooted in racial equity, authentic engagement, and sustainable impact.

Personal Biography

Rodney’s passion for equity extends beyond his professional life. He is deeply committed to youth, homelessness, and racial equity, serving in leadership roles on several boards and advisory councils. Whether advocating for systemic change or mentoring young adults, Rodney brings clarity, compassion, and integrity to all his endeavors.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys staying connected to his community and values collaboration in both his professional and personal relationships. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and engaging in thoughtful conversations about social justice.
