Trent Henning, Director of Business Services at Clarity Consulting Partners, provides strategic oversight and operational leadership across the firm’s client engagements, financial systems, and contract administration. He leads the infrastructure that supports Clarity’s delivery of high-quality services to government, nonprofit, and private sector clients, ensuring strong alignment between internal processes and client outcomes. With responsibility for forecasting, subcontractor coordination, and engagement logistics, Trent plays a central role in scaling the firm’s impact while maintaining precision and responsiveness.
Personal Biography
Trent Henning is a systems guy who loves solving problems, building better processes, and keeping things running smoothly—preferably with a strong cup of coffee in hand. A former UPS manager and golf industry veteran, he now brings his operational know-how to Clarity Consulting Partners, where he supports the people and systems that keep projects moving. Originally from Cashmere and now based in Centralia, Trent is active in his community as a board member for both the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce and the Centralia Athletics, Activities & Facilities Foundation. Outside of work, he enjoys life with his wife Misty and their two sons, Tristin (17) and Ryder (14), usually somewhere between the golf course, a sci-fi series, or planning their next great family vacation.
